Nous sommes très satisfaits par le travail fait par Florian. Il est venu nous dépanner le jour même de notre appel et cela après avoir passé un long moment à attendre un plombier qui n'est jamais venu. Il a été à l'écoute, a réalisé son inspection et nous a montré et expliqué ce qui n'allait pas. Tarif raisonnable et annoncé avant de faire quoi que ce soit pour ne pas avoir de mauvaise surprise. Réparation d'une grosse fuite faite immédiatement. Rien à dire. Poli, courtois et qui prend le temps de discuté avec vous, mais surtout de nettoyer derrière lui. Merci pour ce travail et les conseils apportés pour les quelques bricoles supplémentaires (lave linge, wc et robinet salle de bain).

M Botreau est venu suite notre demande pour faire une recherche de fuite en encastré début juillet et depuis... aucune nouvelle malgré de nombreuses relances depuis 1 mois et demi par mail sms tel un vrai manque de professionalisme jamais observé aucune correction meme pas de reponse INADMISSIBLE ET NON PROFESSIONNEL
